Polyurethane Systems

FastFlex
|
This system is a
soft stretchable polyurethane material that is sold as a three part
system. Fastflex has been designed for rapid demolding of skin
surfaces especially when polyurethane foam is cast behind it.
Depending on the application, and the amount of the third component
used, demolds can often be made in two hours or less. Available in
castable and brushable grades.

SkinFlex III
|
This stretchy
high strength system allows the user to select a great range of
hardness and elongation characteristics. It was developed to meet
demands for fabricating skin-like surfaces for costumes, animated
characters, and animal/mammal skins. Available in castable and
brushable grades.

Flabbercast
|
This three
component polyurethane gel-type material allows for products ranging
from a soft gum drop consistency to a jelly like material.
