Klean Klay
This product is non-drying,
non-hardening, no-sulfur modeling clay used for a variety of moldmaking applications.
Most commonly used to establish parting lines for two part silicone molds.
Klean Klay has a smooth, firm consistency to retain the shape into which it
is to be molded. Easy to work with and handpliable at room temperature. Solid
in one pound packages and in extra firm, firm, and regular consistency.

Scalpel Handle with Blade
This medical grade, high
quality steel scalpel handle used in conjunction with this appropriate blade
provides the user with clean accurate cuts for the separation of one part
molds. Other blade styles are the #10 which is a bent nosed version of the
#11 blade and the #12 blade, a curved style made from the same high quality
steel.

Release Agents
A release agent is recommended with
all silicone rubber operations. Release agents help in the extraction of reproductions
and also serve as a barrier coat to prevent in the "leeching" of
urethane chemicals into the silicone tool. PTE Distribution supplies two types,
Silicone-based and Dry (paintable). The dry release agent will not leave a
film on the reproduction allowing the part to be painted without the "fish-eye"
appearance.

Dry Purging Agent
A conveniently packaged nitro-based
purging agent. This product is used to place a blanket over open cans of moisture-sensitive
products such as urethanes. One 8 oz. can will blanket an almost empty gallon
can of urethane.

Color Pastes
An excellent, effective way
to give your prototypes the look of the production part. Coloring the urethane
"dyes" the part throughout to protect from surface scratches. Coloring
pastes come packaged in 6 fl. oz. tubes and gallon cans containing 8 lbs.
of color paste. Color range for the pastes are: White, Yellow, Red, Green,
Blue, Black and Brown.

Lock
Ring Pliers
The use of locking
ring pliers makes the separation of one part or total encapsulation molds a
breeze. Applying pressure to the handle opens the jaws and with its cushion
grips helps to fight user fatigue.
