Silicone casting rubbers are used for a variety of molding and tooling applications ranging from the development of prototype parts to production molds. They offer excellent release characteristics. Ideal for casting epoxy, polyester and polyurethane resin systems.

TC-5005 A/B

10 Shore A hardness. Translucent, tin based system. Provides high tear strength and elongation properties. TC-5005 "C" component to extend elongation and reduce durometer.

TC-5015 A/B

20 Shore A hardness. Translucent, platinum based system.

TC-5020 A/B

20 Shore A hardness. Cures against most clays. Tin based.

TC-5026 A/B

25 Shore A hardness. Can operate in temperatures up to 500F. Tin based.

TC-5030 A/B

A translucent silicone with a 30 Shore A hardness. Platinum Based.

TC-5045 A/B

45 Shore A hardness. This silicone has proven to be less inhibited in its cure than other standard platinum based silicones.

TC-5050 A/B

50 Shore A hardness. Can operate in temperatures up to 850 F. Platinum based.
